Drumillard Retail Park was designed as a mixed-use retail complex, featuring a 30,000 sq. ft. retail area alongside a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse. The development was constructed using a steel portal frame with a Kingspan insulated panel roof. The exterior incorporates a combination of Colinwell block, architectural panels, and colored render, providing a modern and durable finish. The project also includes a 50,000 sq. ft. enclosed private yard space and 100 public car parking spaces, ensuring ample accessibility and functionality for both commercial and industrial use.
