Upgrade Works
Extension, refurbishment, and renovation of Club Mexx nightclub, Clara Suite function room, Still Bar, Range Restaurant, and Avenue Restaurant. The project included refurbishing the existing bedroom block and adding a first-floor accommodation with 25 bedrooms. Additional work involved the renovation of the entrance foyer and reception area.
I have employed McGuigan Builders for the construction of a number of projects over the years including The Four Seasons Hotel and also for my own private residence.
