Lou Lou Boutique

This project involved a complete new fit out of an existing protected structure. It involved bringing the building up to date with current building & fire regulations. Construction work involved demolition, new mechanical & electrical services, new partitions, ceilings, floor finishes and wall finishes along with new shop fronts.
